教授簡(jiǎn)介

北京大學(xué)國家發(fā)展研究院經(jīng)濟學(xué)教授。兼任日本一橋大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)特邀教授，及美國世界大型企業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì )（The Conference Board, TCB）高級學(xué)術(shù)顧問(wèn)和TCB中國中心經(jīng)濟研究部主任。

主要研究領(lǐng)域包括經(jīng)濟增長(cháng)、生產(chǎn)率及相關(guān)宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟測算，經(jīng)濟周期波動(dòng)，以及以生產(chǎn)法PPP為基礎的國際經(jīng)濟比較。是國際范圍參與關(guān)于中國增長(cháng)和生產(chǎn)率表現爭論的主要學(xué)者。長(cháng)期從事中國經(jīng)濟增長(cháng)數據庫的工作。開(kāi)創(chuàng )了并繼續發(fā)展《中國經(jīng)濟增長(cháng)數據庫》和《中國產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率數據庫》。在宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟測算和國際比較領(lǐng)域與已故增長(cháng)經(jīng)濟學(xué)家安格斯?麥迪森教授（Angus Maddison）以及其創(chuàng )立的荷蘭格羅寧根大學(xué)增長(cháng)與發(fā)展中心有著(zhù)緊密的工作關(guān)系，也是第一個(gè)將麥迪森有關(guān)世界經(jīng)濟長(cháng)期增長(cháng)和PPP國際比較研究系統地翻譯和介紹給中國的學(xué)者，主持翻譯了麥迪森的《世界經(jīng)濟千年史》、《世界經(jīng)濟千年統計》和《中國經(jīng)濟的長(cháng)期表現》。現在參與TCB維護和發(fā)展麥迪森全球經(jīng)濟數據庫（TED）工作中的中國部分工作，也擔任國際麥迪森項目委員會(huì )委員。

早年曾在南開(kāi)大學(xué)獲得經(jīng)濟學(xué)學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位。1988-93 年作為聯(lián)合國DTCD 項目學(xué)者在新西蘭Waikato 大學(xué)進(jìn)行MPhil 及PhD 學(xué)習并獲得博士學(xué)位，主修發(fā)展經(jīng)濟學(xué)和人口經(jīng)濟學(xué)。隨后在澳大利亞阿德萊德大學(xué)經(jīng)濟系任博士后研究員。在1996-97年期間任澳大利亞外交與貿易部東亞分析中心任高級經(jīng)濟學(xué)家。離開(kāi)澳大利亞后先后任教于香港理工大學(xué)和日本一橋大學(xué)。主持全球以哈佛大學(xué)為核心的KLEMS增長(cháng)和生產(chǎn)率項目的中國部分，現擔任亞洲KLEMS學(xué)會(huì )的第五屆主席。曾經(jīng)長(cháng)期擔任《收入與財富評論》等國際期刊的編輯委員會(huì )委員，也曾經(jīng)被選為第28 屆國際收入與財富學(xué)會(huì )理事會(huì )特別理事，2007年被世界銀行的國際比較項目(ICP)的《國際比較項目季刊》邀請為進(jìn)入編輯委員會(huì )。曾經(jīng)或仍然擔任一些國際、國家機構、政府或非政府組織研究項目的咨詢(xún)專(zhuān)家，包括中國國家統計局、世界銀行、亞洲發(fā)展銀行、加拿大國際發(fā)展研究中心、阿根廷國家與社會(huì )研究中心、澳大利亞國際農業(yè)研究中心、美國世界大型企業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì )（TCB）及TCB中國中心、香港特區政府中央政策組（CPU）等等。
