教授簡(jiǎn)介

王嵐，北京大學(xué)國家發(fā)展研究院管理學(xué)助理教授。波士頓大學(xué)管理學(xué)博士、北京大學(xué)管理學(xué)學(xué)士、碩士。主要研究領(lǐng)域為組織行為學(xué)與人力資源管理，關(guān)注數字化對個(gè)人、團隊、工作和職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的影響。主持自然科學(xué)基金青年項目1項。她曾獲AOM論文/研討會(huì )獎7次，獲IACMR最佳審稿人獎1次。并獲得北京大學(xué)第二十一屆青年教師教學(xué)基本功比賽人文社科類(lèi)一等獎、最佳教案獎、最佳教學(xué)演示獎和最受學(xué)生歡迎獎。
