教授簡(jiǎn)介

北京大學(xué)國家發(fā)展研究院兼職研究員、中南財經(jīng)政法大學(xué)財政稅務(wù)學(xué)院教授。2008年，獲美國德克薩斯大學(xué)奧斯汀分校經(jīng)濟學(xué)博士學(xué)位，師從Russell W. Cooper教授。
